By Plane

St. Petersburg is easy accessible by air with direct flights from most of the countries. There is an airport shuttle from the airport Pulkovo to the centre of St. Petersburg for about 10 EUR and it takes about 30-60 minutes to reach the dorm depending on the traffic. It is also possible to organize a transfer for a group of people.

By Train

St. Petersburg has 5 major train stations with direct trains to Moscow, Helsinki, Vilnius, Tallinn, Kiev, Odessa, Minsk and others. Tickets can be booked at http://eng.rzd.ru/

Local transportation

Once you have arrived at Moskovsky Train Station or Bus Station you can either take a taxi to the accommodation (approx.. EUR10) or take a bus, trolley or mini-bus. To get from the accommodation (TEC 7) to the Summer School venue (Institute of Philosophy) it takes 15-40 minutes by bus 7 or trolley 10,11 (25 RUB).

The Summer School has organized for the dorm residents to be escorted to the Summer School venue.
