Application and Registration

1) Application

In the application process, prospective participants request a place at the summer school. The advisory board will review the applications and inform the applicants who have been admitted.

To apply for a place at the Summer School and Symposium, please complete and submit the electronic application form. An alternative would be to send a printout of the the application form by regular mail to the address below. Click here to go to a printable version of the registration form.

Places are limited, so it is advisable to apply early to ensure that you can attend.

2) Registration

Once an applicant has been accepted to the summer school, she or he will be notified and receive further information inculding details on how to pay.

The registration fee includes all materials and refreshments during breaks.

Registration deadlines:
April 1, 2015		DEADLINE 1 for early registration
May 1, 2015		DEADLINE 2 for registration cancellation with full refund less a small administrative fee
May 15, 2015		DEADLINE 3 for registration cancellation with 70% refund
		Cancellations after May 15 receive no repayment of the fee.
July 13, 2015		START DATE : Summer School begins
