Apply now for a place!

To apply for a place at the Summer School and Symposium, please complete and submit the application form. Places are limited, so it is advisable to apply early to ensure that you can attend.

You will be notified as soon as possible if you have been allocated a place at the Summer School and Symposium, and details of how to pay will be sent to you.

Participation fee is to be paid in British Pounds.

The registration fee includes:

• course material
• book of abstracts for the symposium
• publication of the symposium paper in a special volume
• certificate of attendance
• lunches (6)
• coffee-breaks
• Welcome dinner
• Farewell dinner
• boat trip on the Danube River and dinner on board

Deadlines

March 20 : deadline for early registration
March 31 : deadline for registration cancellation with full refund (with deduction of a small administrative charge)
May 30 : deadline for registration cancellation with 50% refund
June 23 : Summer School begins.

Cancellations in the final weeks before the Summer School receive no repayment of the fee.
